gloverab We can reasonably assume that neither of these shows is a 1. Would any fan of this band actually rank either of these at the lowest possible rating by any metric, other than just trying to bring it down to push another show higher?

I think in situations like this it’s not unreasonable to just remove all the “1” ratings and just move all affected shows to a GOATed status. Then people know for next time too.
